Our 1850 sf luxurious Ocean View Beach Home, located just steps from the ocean and near the heart of Myrtle Beach, is complete with all the amenities you need for your beach vacation and so much more.

This 3-bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the second row featuring ocean views from both the first and second floor covered balconies where you can relax in the cool shade as the ocean breeze flows by.

As soon as you step into our updated home, complete with high-end furnishings and appliances, you will feel wrapped in comfort and luxury, making it the ideal vacation home for your family.

Our open kitchen is the standard of modern living, featuring granite counters, upgraded cabinets with custom knobs, mosaic tile back splash and stainless steel appliances. Here you can cook dinner in the stove/oven, store drinks in the full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, make popcorn in the microwave and clean up easily with the brand new dishwasher. The kitchen also comes complete with a toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils giving you the option to stay in for a quality family meal or order out for an easy, delicious dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area where you will find seating for up to eight.

Throughout the home there is heart pine and tile floors as well as custom crown molding and baseboards throughout with 9’ and 10’ ceilings. Custom plantation shutters complete the exterior of the house giving it a classic low-country feel.

The bedrooms in this house feature a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second and third bedroom with a sleeper sofa located in the living room for extra sleeping space. The master bath features the epitome of luxury featuring a stand-along tile shower and over-sized Jacuzzi tub with a personal TV; the upstairs guest bath also features a modern tile shower. All three bathrooms feature upgraded cabinets and granite counters.

The beach house comes equipped with parking for up to two full-sized vehicles beneath the house. Linens and towels, Wi-Fi as well as a washer and dryer are provided with the house for no additional charge.
