You don't need to spend a lot to get a lot. Come enjoy our new 1st floor (NO STAIRS) 2 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated condo in Myrtle Beach located at River Oaks II North Golf & Tennis Plantation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen in porch with a view of the tall pines and golf course. You can wake up to the beautiful sunrise shining through the Living room windows of our end unit. We have Blackout curtain in the bedroom, for those who like to sleep in .Patio has been updated, Freshly painted, all new appliances, new central air conditioning, carpet been cleaned and three TV. Movies and tape for the whole family. Enjoy all comfort of home and relax in a recliner chair for a quiet evening. Ten minutes from the beach. Convenient to all attractions. Quiet neighborhood, well-stock condo, Outdoor pool, and tennis courts with rackets for your to use are just steps away. The unit is Fully Equipped for your convenience. We also have BEACH CHAIRS and Coolers for your days at the beach. Games for those rainy days. Forget any things? We have it for you. We have board games, books, movies, beach toys, a TV with a VCR and DVD Player, more are provided for you. All LINENS are provided for you or you may choose to bring your own.

WEEKLY RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE.
Check-in 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM .
All renters must be 25 years or older to rent our home. Must be able to send a copy of their License when making a reservation.
All rentals payment goes thru Vrbo,
Sorry, NO Motorcycles, NO Pets. No smoking . And NO RVs/Trailers/Campers allowed.
Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Crib.
Maximum of people is six. no exception.
All car must have a car pass , There only two cars per condo.
Remember to put all passes back in binder.
There is no refund because of Weather.
We been renting for 18 years, and providing a great , Quiet and clean place to stay , at a reasonable price.

The king bed was just two twin beds put together. This made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I’m used to cuddles with my husband but the bed made that way to uncomfortable to be possible. However the place was much prettier n person ! Easy to get to. Although the weather was bad during my stay I love that you have beach supplies !

Hosts are very easily reachable and very responsive. The house is very thoughtfully stocked with all items you may need for vacation including games, beach chairs, DVDs and even VHS, well stocked kitchen and bathroom stuff. Location is good.

Dance Competition start

We reserved this for about a week to participate in a national dance competition. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the convention center depending on traffic. 10 minutes or less to shopping and dining options. Plus plenty of options near the beach and convention center. The place was clean and quiet. Very relaxing, and cheaper than waterfront places near the dance competition. We had a good time and would love to stay again.

Everything you need is there!

Only bring food and clothes! This unit has everything you need! We felt so comfortable there with 6 adults and a 1 year old. High chair was used everyday plenty of beach toys for the baby to stay busy. Only thing I wish they had a playground for little ones but we made due with a sand dune right out back of the unit. Wonderful stay!! Plenty of family memories!

Clean and Close to CCU

We enjoyed our stay here. The whole condo - drawers, dishes, behind couches, etc. was clean - which, after staying at 3 other condos in the area was an anomaly and one we really appreciated. Not using a cookie sheet that feels greasy is awesome. THANK YOU!The fact that they had amenities in the bathroom and for laundry was a big and unexpected plus. Even though we didn't use them, it was so nice to know that if we needed a toothbrush, soap or laundry soap we would have it.Owner gave number to text which came in very handy when the condo was hard to find. Appreciate that.3 things that I'd improve on:1. I paid the deposit and thought the 2nd half would be taken because my card was on file. It didn't and I didn't get a reminder but did immediately get a "past due" notice which I paid immediately but didn't feel great as I am usually never late. Would be great to either just debit the card or at the very least send a reminder before the due date.2. The address when put in google maps took us to a different location but apple maps worked fine. They were nice enough to send directions in the VRBO inbox but those still weren't clear. Advising on using apple vs. google & then giving explicit directions (go until the lane ends and make a right :-) ) would've been helpful.3. The king bed isn't really a king bed but 2 singles put together but nothing to bridge the bed in the middle. So if you like to snuggle with your partner, it gets uncomfortable.Altogether recommend!

Great condo

The condo was as listed, very clean and fully stocked with just about everything you would need. The location was a short drive from the airport with many shopping options nearby. The hosts were welcoming and responded right away to questions. We enjoyed the convenience of this being a lower level with no stairs to navigate. The upstairs neighbors were relatively quiet and noise was not an issue. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this listing.
