Breathtaking Views, Beautiful 5-bedroom Oceanfront Condo

Absolutely beautiful 5 BR/4B Oceanfront Luxury Condo, with a huge balcony, media Rm, 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens, this is a perfect rental for large families, multi family or friends get away!
This beauty is located in Ocean Blue Resort, unit 601, located near 27th Avenue on South Ocean Boulevard at the southern end of Myrtle Beach. This cozy retreat is furnished with high-end elegant furniture and artwork from the one and only Charleston artist, Gordon Wheeler! The condo is spacious and comfortable with floor-to-ceiling windows you can view the breathtaking sunrises and have an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.

This is an owner managed condo and we take pride in the presentation of our condo. We're here for our guests and want your stay at our condo to be a memorable one. We have a spectacular cleaning staff and our condo is one of the cleanest and freshest condo's you'll find.

At Ocean Blue only three condos are on each floor serviced by two elevators. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom end unit is 2,850 square feet and extends the length of the building from the beach to the street. There is a 350 square-feet ocean front balcony to watch the sunrise and a second Ocean Drive balcony to watch the sunset.

Condo also includes cable, WIFI, beach towels, hair dryers, traditional and k-cup coffee makers, Mr. Coffee maker and starter paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Ocean Blue amenities include a heated indoor pool, lazy river with tubes, hot tub, and an outdoor pool with sunning area with reclining lounge chairs, and a boardwalk to the beach with two showers. Convenient to Market Commons (shopping, dining, and movie theater), Downwind Sails Watersports (banana boat rides, parasailing and jet ski rentals), helicopter rides, Broadway at the Beach, and downtown Myrtle Beach.

This oceanfront condo was a nice fit for our ladies retreat. The bedrooms and common spaces were all on one level. The kitchen was well equipped with two coffee pots and two refrigerators. Our group of twelve fit easily and had a wonderful time. Lots of restaurants and shopping were close to the property. The elevators made it easy for checking in and out. Loretta was very timely with answering my questions. You won't be disappointed with this property or its amenities!

This is a beautiful property very well maintained, with a wonderful view of the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed in stock so we didn’t have to run out and buy laundry detergent,etc. Loretta was very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will be back again.

We took our kids and grandkids on this stay. When we got there they had a welcome basket full of snacks for us and bottle water in the refrigerator. The condo was very clean and they had almost everything you need. Lots of dishes and extra blankets so the kids could cover up while they watches tv. The only thing I can think of that they need more if is washcloths and towels. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathrooms, laundry soap, fabric softener, hand soaps, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and a sponge.I recommend not renting a large vehicle, the garage is very tight to park it.

Our family of 12 people had a wonderful time. The condo was welcoming and clean and had everything we needed. Our host Loretta, answered all of our questions before check in promptly. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, etc. The two refrigerators and dishwashers were extremely helpful especially with 5 grandchildren having good appetites. Wonderful experience!

This condo is lovely and well kept. The only thing I would change is take away 1 bedroom of bunk beds and put in a queen bed for families with older children who bring spouses. The maintenance man at the property was amazing and always just keeping the property spotless!

Family Vacation

Paula & Gordon have a lovely home and go over and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need! The pictures do not deceive
they are spot on
what you see is what you get!!! The communication before, during and after was outstanding! The building is lovely and well-maintained as are the facilities and beach access. Our only (semi) complaint is with the parking. Our group of 12 arrived in 3 SUVs and a sedan. We had to park 2 vehicles next door which cost nearly $90 per vehicle for the week. Paula prepared us for this and we really appreciated that
.again, excellent communication! The parking spots on-site are really small, but that seems to be the case everywhere in MB. Would highly recommend!!!

Everything was great at this beautiful, art filled, and large condo. The condo had 5 bedrooms, a media room, large beach-facing deck, and an awesome kitchen. The owners were very nice, on vacation themselves the week we were in Myrtle Beach. One television did not have a remote so we chose not to bother the owners on vacation with that little problem. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway for a large group

This property is a hidden gem with an exquisite view and outstanding hospitality. This condo has the perfect layout for a multi-family vacation offering large gathering spaces with plenty of private areas to hide away for a quiet moment. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable and stylish. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a crowd and hungry kids. But the impeccable hospitality from the owners was unmatched. Paula helped us facilitate medical supply delivery during our stay which was literally life-saving. I can’t thank her enough for being so gracious and flexible to give my family this incredible experience.

Best property we've booked to date!

The layout of the condo was perfect -- bedrooms spread out, a room for the teens to play video games, a comfortable conversation nook, double refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers in the kitchen, beautiful paintings throughout, and a kind gift left for us. Great beach location and good interaction with hosts.
