The Space:

Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower puts Serenidad three minutes from the 21st Avenue restaurant strip and an elevator ride from the sand, eleven floors up with the Atlantic right out the bedroom glass and the kind of high-floor framing that makes the suite worth booking again. The bedroom anchors the ocean side; the lounge sits behind on the interior — no exterior window — and reads as the quieter half of the layout.



The Tower is the lower-key neighbor to the dense oceanfront strip south of it — Art Deco-inspired exterior, sand right behind the building, free parking right at the door. Start in the bedroom — that's where the ocean lives. Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the wall, a King anchors the room, and a modern electric fireplace warms the wall just past the bed; designer lighting features cast a low ambient wash after sundown — blue-tinted LED glow inside the firebox and behind the TV. A blown-glass blue wall sculpture stands in as the room's signature piece; a 50-inch Smart TV faces the bed. The lounge sits behind — interior, quieter, anchored by a queen sleeper sofa and a second Smart TV, more original artwork, and a curated workstation running HDMI and USB for the laptop hours. The kitchen runs full-size — quartz counters, stainless appliances, a full electric range with oven, and a Keurig already loaded for the early riser. The bath is clean and considered — white quartz vanity, shower/tub combo, hotel-quality toiletry lineup waiting on arrival. Planning a celebration? The oceanfront deck has the spread — outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, plus the indoor heated pool for the in-between days. Tables, chairs, and palm-shaded lounge seating sit along the deck, and beyond it a grassy, palm-filled sitting area runs along the beach — tables, chairs, umbrellas, and lounge chairs set into the lawn for a quieter alternative to the pool side. Building-wide WiFi reaches from the suite to the deck without losing signal.



Most of what you'll want is in foot range. Starbucks is a 3-5 minute walk south, the 21st Avenue restaurants a few minutes more in the same direction, the Convention Center about ten. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is about ten minutes south on foot; Second Avenue Pier sits further down at the south end — a short drive. Free parking sits directly in front of the building, with a covered garage across the street.



Guest Access:

The entire suite is yours — one bedroom, one bath, a private oceanfront balcony off the bedroom, a full-size kitchen with electric range and oven, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Use of the resort water features: outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, and the indoor heated pool. One parking pass — free lot in front of the building or covered garage across the street.

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Bypass the lobby entirely — your door code, parking, and concierge contact arrive on your phone before you arrive, and the welcome set is waiting inside: Casanita K-cups and Café Bustelo for the Keurig, specialty tea, oatmeal, breakfast bars, and popcorn, along with hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) and the same luxury-hotel-spec linens and towels we'd want for ourselves — matched on weight, count, and quality control. Four bath towels per bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a complimentary refresh. Pool towels are stocked in-suite April 1 through September 30, and available by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi throughout the suite. One parking pass. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

A few things we don't stock so you can plan ahead: cooking oils and spices (bring or pick up what you'll cook with); beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys (chair rentals are available right on the sand); daily housekeeping (your suite is fully cleaned and inspected before arrival; a mid-stay refresh is available on request for a small fee); personal toiletries beyond the welcome set (toothpaste, razors, sunscreen); and TV streaming logins (sign in with your own accounts).



PEST CONTROL

Routine, preventive pest control by Beach Pest Control runs the first Tuesday of scheduled months — floors 1–5 in February, April, June, August, and October; floors 6–14 in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Standard building maintenance, scheduled in advance.



GOOD TO KNOW

The keypad responds best when you enter your door code slowly — pause a beat after the last digit, and the door will unlock. Four wrong attempts in a row freezes the pad for a few minutes, so it's worth taking it deliberate the first try. The building's main entry code rotates monthly and arrives with your suite door code on check-in day; if your stay crosses the first of a month, we'll send the new code automatically.



NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE

A site just south of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower has begun construction activity. We don't control off-site work, and timing can change, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours during your stay. We're sharing this for transparency and to help minimize any inconvenience.



LAUNDRY

No on-site laundry at the resort — the nearest laundromats are a short drive away and accept debit and credit cards.



Friendly reminder: this is a smoke-free home, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Boardwalk's pool bands are waiting in the suite when you arrive. The monthly Boardwalk access code arrives the day of check-in with your door code.
