"We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly ..."

Daresbury Park Hotel
"Great hotel for a business stay. Room very clean and well decorated. Only gripe, and it is a very small one, is that although my meal in the restaurant was very good, the restaurant is too bright which makes it very unwelcoming. Tables in bar are very low so not suitable for dining. Would recommend ..."

Maldron Hotel Liverpool City
"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were a real highlight of the visit—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any queries. Their professionalism made the stay feel comfortable and well looked after. The room itself was clean, though some disgusting gunk preventing sink plug sitting in position, but well-maintained, which is always important to me. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it showed in the overall presentation and tidiness. The bar area was also a great place to relax, offering a nice atmosphere with good service. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Parking was quite inconvenient, and costly which made arriving and leaving less straightforward than expected. Additionally, I was disappointed to find extra charges applied for staying in the city—something that wasn’t made entirely clear at booking. Finally, the breakfast, although decent in quality, felt overpriced for what was offered. A more reasonable price point would have made the overall experience feel better value for money. In summary, a comfortable stay with excellent staff and cleanliness, but improvements could be made regarding parking, pricing transparency, and breakfast costs."
