The guesthouse was as described in the listing and in a great location. The neighborhood was super quiet at night. The check in process was smooth with excellent and effective communication with the management team. The unit was clean and we were very comfortable.

Clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was adequately stocked, but since we did a lot of cooking, a few additional items—like a 9x13 baking dish, a sheet pan, some Tupperware for leftovers, and extra dish towels—would have been helpful.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Host - met Doug, the owner. Very nice man. The location was perfect for our family visit. The only suggestions are:More kitchen towels and more bathroom towels and more tolet paper. Also a big bowl for a salad and for beating eggs, etc. Other wise this is perfect. Is it open fror rent JUne 7 to 21st and what is the cost per night?

Property is very nice and comfortable for a couple. Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Easy travel from Metairie to New Orleans…15 minute car ride. They were repaving streets and sidewalks while we were there so we had to park at the end of the street and walk to and from several times per day. Laundry facilities are outside and down the stairs. Would suggest a light to be able to do laundry in the evening/night. Also would suggest getting a pizza pan for warming leftovers in the oven. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.
