This room really needs some TLC. Needs a shower water barrier to keep bathroom floor safe. Needs new shades, they are tearing and difficult to use. Sheets on one bed had an open hand size hole in it. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is tired and old. Here is a liat in our room: outlet in kitchen did not work, faucet in kitchen was loose and shakey, the plug in the bathroom was for show only--didnt work. Breakfast was lousy-- no pancakes, no waffles, no sweetrolls, no peanut butter, no OJ.

In the 20+ years that I’ve traveled around the world, I’ve never encountered a hotel that was unable to allow you to check in before the actual check in time. I was told that that there had been a conference (or some such gathering) just before I arrived. However, an adequate number of housekeeping staff could have resolved the issue. As a result, there must have been at least 20 people milling about the lobby for hours, waiting to check in at 4:00pm. It was bizarre and avoidable.
