This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, also has a full-size bed for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV.
Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided

The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning.

The perfect spot for our weekend trip to NOLA! The decorations are charming, the location is tucked away from the main hubbub but an easy uber or a nice walk and you still get the charm of the city. Parking right out front. Truly had everything we needed, and Cathy was super communicative on check-in, check-out, house rules, etc. Really appreciated that! Would absolutely stay again

Lovely, cozy shotgun style house decorated beautifully. Has one private parking spot but street parking was plentiful. Owner was very helpful and responsive to messages. Beds were very comfortable! We also enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch. Overall we had a great stay!

This was an excellent stay. The decor was amazing with a lot of culture in it. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Easy area to park. The Host was amazing. The rooms downstairs do connect with each other along with the living room and kitchen but that was no issue for us. The back patio was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit.

Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Our stay was fantastic thanks to such a thoughtful host! The place was comfortable and in a great location - Bacchanal is a gem just a short walk away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and super helpful, so we always felt taken care of. Would recommend. The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! Tons of great neighborhood dining spots and a short bike or car ride to all the bustle and music of Frenchman and the Quarter with all of the benefits of living like a local.
