I thoroughly enjoyed my Memorial Day getaway to NOLA. Staying downtown at the New Orleans Marriott was very convenient, walking distance to Bourbon Street and Streetcar accessibility. Wonderful Hotel and ambience to boot. I'll definitely stay at this hotel upon my next visit to NOLA! Two Thumbs Up!

Amazing service!! Every single employee we encountered, from check in to valet pick up, were so friendly and helpful! The young lady at check in even gave us a voucher to use after learning we had been on the road for 10 hrs. With kids!

You have to velvet park your vehicle; which is $58 per day, and every time I needed my car staff was looking for a money tip. My windows were down, they turned my lights off of auto setting, I had a police officer stop me on the streets of New Orleans to bring issue to my attention, how embarrassing! On top of a $130 on hold on my credit card. I have not yet received my final bill and I don’t know how much of that was refunded back to me. Bedding was dirty, and they did accommodate us, appreciated that. Was given a $35 comp ticket for drinks or food. We had each 1 drink was never given the drink amount, or knew if we used all the $35 for a glass of wine and a beer. We were just told it’s done! I was very much satisfied with location and friendly staff who really cared.

When I check in they put me in a room that wasn’t clean and when I called down they tried to put me in a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and when I had them correct it they downgraded my room.

This was a fine stay! The bathroom layout is super weird and a bit cumbersome. But otherwise nice people, good elite member perks, loved the security for the elevators/rooms and quite clean - especially for a place so close to bourbon street. I’d go back!
