Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. Bigger coffee pot might be nice but other than that, apartment was very nice. Close to almost everything, walking was a breeze, but if you want to go a bit further, Pedicabs are just down the block. We would definitely stay again.
