This place is outstanding. The room is so very clean. The staff is so very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast they have in the morning is very good. This place is a five star in my opinion, and I will be staying there again when I return to New Orleans. I was there for a Saint's Football game. I do come to New Orleans often to board cruise ships. This place is perfect for those in town early for a cruise and is close by the cruise terminal. Perfect for families.

My room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. I did have an issue with the bathroom sink stopping up, but that didn’t happen until right before I checked out, and I’m not holding it against the hotel. I’m sure it was the result of a previous guest’s activities or something. The staff were very helpful and polite. Considering the price and location, I’d definitely recommend this place. The breakfast was decent too, even though I came later when the selection was smaller.
