We recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing retreat from the lively energy of the city. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. The facility’s gym was excellent—well-equipped and clean—and made it easy to stay on track with fitness even while traveling. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and every request we made was promptly handled with care and efficiency. The location has both pros and cons. While the area immediately outside the hotel did not feel particularly safe due to the visible presence of homelessness, the hotel itself felt secure. The bright side is that it’s within easy walking distance to the vibrant parts of the city—including the French Quarter, restaurants, jazz bars, and other cultural highlights that we absolutely loved exploring. If you’re looking for luxury and impeccable service in New Orleans, the Ritz-Carlton is a great choice. Just be mindful of your surroundings when stepping out, especially at night.

Our bathroom was so dirty when we arrived and there were holes in the bedding. Housekeeping immediately came and fixed the issues but bummer that’s what we were welcomed by. Also we weren’t told there would be construction happening it was sooooo loud all day long.

I paidr for the 98 parking plus breakfast. They didn't know what i was talking about it only saif breakfast. The hotels is the Ritz but can stand to be modernized. But overall nice place only stayed one night passing through.
