Has nothing to do with the room. This whole concept of third party vendors is a scam for the hotel to get out of good customer service. I was looking to re-book my stay since my travel arrangements got disrupted with storm Fern. The hotel’s response in being accommodating was to charge me an additional $225 to change the date. Not good customer service.

We had a great stay at the Concorde Hotel in NYC. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always welcoming whenever we needed assistance. We also dined at the in-house restaurant, Bonsaii, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was good and the view was okay. It was a good location if you want to walk around to different places. I didn’t like that I had to go to the third floor if I wanted water. The only other choice was to pay for bottled water at the bar.
