Very friendly and courteous reception staff and a particularly attentive team member in the dining area at breakfast offering to make guests waffles. The decor needs some updating - the lifts in particular are very run down and slow running which means lengthy waits for guests. My room was a very generous size, particularly having the two beds.

Room was clean but very small. It was hard to fight the foot traffic to breakfast so we didn't get to eat there during oir stay. Guests have no respect and trash the food area. Elevators are a nightmare! 2 elevators for 30+ floors of 6 rooms each. You could wait 40 minutes and not find one that wasn't already full. We walked 19 floors of stairs on 3 separate occasions during our 2 night stay. Great proximity to time square and the area felt relatively safe. Staff was friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights, we were very happy with our room. It was clean and tidy and the heater / AC worked well. Coffee machine was good although you only got 2 coffee pods and 2 recyclable cups. Shower needed to be ran for a while before it would get to temperature. The only negatives were that breakfast was quite poor, breakfast area was small and untidy and people were fighting for a table. Also limited selection. Breakfast is included with the room so we weren’t expecting a perfect experience but it was poor. Also, there is no one checking room numbers at breakfast so you could easily walk in off the street and grab a free breakfast. It was also one use plates, knife’s, forks and coffee cups etc. Also the elevator is very frustrating. There is only 2 elevators for what is quite a large hotel. At peak times we sometimes had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get the elevators. Given that we were on the 22nd floor we didn’t fancy the walk down the stairs. Huge bonus that all city taxes are included in room price. All in all would stay at a Hampton again however I may choose to try one of the other Manhattan based Hamptons next time.

El hotel esta en buenas condiciones y limpio ,muy buena ubicacion cerca de todo ,lo unico negativo es que la ducha del baño no estaba funcionando bien y lo reporte en 2 ocaciones y no fueron a arreglarla ! lo demas todo bien !
