Clean and friendly staff. Room was next to busy road and constant loud horn by passing traffic. Room is clean, chair is so low to desk, cant do any work, and A/C is so loud, had to shut down to sleep

Great Breakfast poor housekeeping

Took hours to get a microwave delivered to the room. Noisy hvac system. Blood stains on the pillow case. Keyless entry to room 512 was faulty. Took 3 tries to get in after changing the key card. Even had to get the help of a hotel worker. To make up for all of this we did get free breakfast coupons and 10,000 points added to our IGH rewards account
