Heat didn’t work had to switch rooms. New room heat barely worked and was very loud. My room door was directly in front of the elevators. So all night long all you heard was people right outside my door.

The payment system was down for about an hour from time arrived. We went got something to eat then came back and it was back online so could give us room key. First room heat wasn't working, they moved us to another room within hour of complaint. Staff were nice and helpful through everything. Made the stay enjoyable

Arrived and check in was smooth and hotel clean. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed and had to be requested from the front desk. Additional towels and a blanket was left in the room but still no sheets. Had to call a second time to get the sheets. Attempted to take a shower and the drain was clogged so the shower would not drain. Went to the front desk an asked for maintenance or a new room since it was 10:30pm and we are traveling with 3 kids. Maintenance showed up and worked on snaking the drain until 11:45.

Room was worn, old furniture, rude staff & room service was not provided for my 3 day stay! When I asked why not, I was told they were fully booked and I needed to ask, mind you 8pm at night? And traveling with a child that has special needs, and not being provided accommodations that were listed on the website is ridiculous. Fought for a refund, but the hotel would not offer any compensation for such a terrible stay most disappointing stay ever coming to NYC never again.
