The subway station is very close to the hotel and the surrounding area is not as loud and busy as I expected. Hotel still seems to be renovating or building but everything seems clean and organized. Staff were friendly. The balcony area is very nice - I wish I had more time to actually enjoy the space and view. Decent hotel overall.

No complaints about this hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the Nova Hotel. The room was somewhat small and there was no daily housekeeping. The room had a nice size patio with a corner view. The hotel is located near the subway. That made getting around easy. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. I have no complaints.

I like my stay front desk was amazing and nice the only thing I did not like was they had air fragrance everywhere which I'm sensitive to. I was able to open my window to get it out but everywhere else it was overwhelming

Our room was very clean. We never asked to have room serviced because we were on the go and had our own messes everywhere! We were very close to the l train which worked out great for us!

Affordable, great location, good food and sights, quiet although in the city. Great room. Bathroom very clean spacious. Shower glass has a design flaw, hopefully they can fix next time as water from shower tends to overflow outside

Everything is good except we had a little problem with AC on Sunday (it’s hard to find an AC service during weekends I guess). Nice staff, quite place, located at a short distance from subway station of L, but weekends L may not run at this station
