The shuttle to the airport was good but there was no facility to store our luggage, so we felt trapped. In addition, the room was facing the highway and the airport runway and the window was not sound insulated and we were disturbed all night by traffic noise, as if we were outside.

The stains on the walls made me question how deeply they clean the rooms, it looked as if someone spilled a liquid on the walls, and it had been there since a previous stay. The bath tub had dark soap scum on the bottom. We wore our flip flops to make sure we didn’t catch any fungus.

The duvet cover had brown stains on it and requested it to be dealt with. just coming back to hotel to see if it has been done or not but there weren't quick to resolve when we reported. Building seems fairly new, rooms decent size but Im struggling to get over the dirty bed issue

I did not feel safe leaving the property grounds at all. Dozens of people 'hanging out' at the streets right outside the fences. Property itself was nice and clean and staff was friendly. But check-in took way too long. MY personal check-in was about 5 mins but I had to wait 30mins for the 2 check-ins ahead of me! Not sure what was going on..

We were there to see a show at Forest Hills and this was an easy uber away. Shuttle to airport was awesome. Staff very nice, room very clean. AC was cold. TY Doubletree
