I gave this property a chance three times! They changed my room three times, and all three rooms were dirty. I ended up getting a sinus infection while pregnant. The hotel refused to accommodate me, even with all the evidence I had proved to them. This is a slumlord hotel. Do not stay!

Nice Place , Cool location

It was clean , check in was Quick so was check out. No parking in the property but for $24 you can park for 24hrs in a safe parking lot . Comfort was like sleeping like a baby and now starlight is my 1st choice if i’m around that area….cool location for shopping and Good food

Finally i was able to sleep pretty good

I got in late and front desk was there . He processed my checking in and explained how when where and what . The hotel was clean and the room was super clean. Fresh linen on bed and bed mattress was comfy and pillows they have you wont be afraid to put your head on. It may lack certain amenities but Property is smack next to a mall and Chinese restaurants are everywhere. That fills up for the missing amenities. Nice Place to come back and recommend to friends

We got the 9th floor suite. Big windows. The heat wasn’t working properly so they brought us a space heater. Annoying but really they said there were pullout couches which yes there were but conveniently BOTH were broken. So they sent us a rollaway bed. Which Okay but not was advertised.

Great Hotel 🔥

I recently stayed at StarLight Hotel for a weekend getaway and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and effortlessly. The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable furnishings. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality amenities, and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. There were some minor drawbacks, such as a slight issue with the air conditioning in the room, which took a little longer than expected to cool down. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger in some areas of the hotel. All in all, StarLight Hotel is a fantastic option if you’re looking for a relaxing place. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future! Feel free to customize it further if you have more specific details you want included!

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was tried to be accommodating when we expressed our concerns but unfortunately it was not good enough. Our room was extremely cold and even though we had on the heater . up until checkout the room was never fully warmed up. At one point, we had on our winter coats on in the living room . The staff brought up a portable heater and insisted that we needed to give the room time to fully heat due to the large amount of space in the room. This is my only complaint. Other than that my stay was amazing. Thank you

Well, the "breakfast" was a bit of a joke. Cold cereal, coffee, and toast with no butter isn't an adequate breakfast suitable for a hotel. The room, however, was nice. I'd call it a fancy motel because it's good for sleeping and resting your head. Still good, regardless.

Heater in my room was not working at all and It was freezing cold so I requested to change my room but they gave me portable heater instead and it also didn't work. After requesting multiple times. They agreed to change my room. One lamp was not working.
