The host is so sweet and greeted us when we arrived. There is a code to get into the front door and a separate one to get into the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. There is easy on site street parking. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing and there is even a towel warmer available! The kitchen has various ways to make meals and there is a condiment station on the kitchen table. Everything was very clean and we had more than enough room. The kids even played chess. If we plan a visit to NYC again we will definitely book to stay here again. The train station is close but I drove into NY, depending on what time you go its only 30 minutes to an hour with traffic.

The Host was very nice in working with us as we were not able to stay at this property. VRBO makes you put something in on the Property as I was not able to stay there I cannot answer for the property. But, the Host was very nice and considerate and worked with us to make the transaction work for all parties involved.
