Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, We arrived at 4 AM tired, the place was a mess, unclean, and likely mold looking discolouration on the wood flooring. Bed sheets, stained. Pillows were yellow. Fixtures were damaged. Ceiling had warp likely to some flooding. We obviously didn’t want to stay here for the 2 nights we booked so we left immediately. Mind you we were a party of 6, and the description reassured perfect stay for 6. We contacted host countless times for dispute, he have absolutely no crap about it, denied any refund as the money was supposed to be for housekeeping despite the fact we stayed for 1-2 HOUR ONLY. Don’t book here, lack of communication before the stay was horror on top of this.
