The room was clean a bit musty became of the carpets. Staff were friendly at the front desk. Air conditioner was noisy had to tern thermostat down to 60 degress to get it to work so the room got cold.

So, past reviews do indicate the hotel has some run down areas and the carpets could use some more TLC, and that is definitely true. Our room had blood stains on the carpet and paint peeling off. In addition, the tub for the shower is really high and you will need someone to help you get in and out. And yes, you do have to have a daily rate for parking (it’s one of the first things I look for when getting a hotel). That being said, the staff there is excellent. Very helpful and kind. We didn’t have breakfast there as we decided to go elsewhere. And you can’t go wrong with being right across the street from Niagara Falls State Park and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada.

This property was right across from Niagara Falls it was perfect location . We got the room with the view but you can barely see it so wasn’t really worth it for that

Room was very clean, spacious, wonderful view. Pool and gym was nice. There are many walkable food and entertainment options. The Niagara state park is next door and the entrance to rainbow bridge. You can just walk across to canadian side to Clifton Hill of course with a passport.
