*Last minute cancellation for Christmas week. December 24th to the 28th is available. Sleeps 24 guests. Almost every weekend is completely booked, but we have weekdays left for 2023, and next year is starting to fill up. Hurry and book your vacation before the dates are taken. This home books up fast. This home is isolated and private in the middle of 10 acres. Walking trails on abutting 16 acre conservation land, swimming, sauna, hot tub, pond for fishing and a huge yard for outdoor games. I did recently shut the water to the master bathroom tub off as too many guests were overflowing the tub and I have repaired/replaced the ceiling below 3 times. This is a 7,000 Square foot luxury home with an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. There are 10 acres of a perfectly manicured lawn and pond. So much land for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tag football, ultimate Frisbee, with additional conservation land hiking trails. There are multiple bedrooms with multiple beds to accommodate large groups. Features also include home theater with large screen TV, a ping pong table, patio for cookouts, a pond for fishing, the large yard accommodates a place for kids to run and play, yard games, a conservation parcel abuts with hiking trails, but winter will offer snow shoeing & x-country skiing.
PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT WEDDINGS!!! I cannot host any weddings on my property. No exceptions. This home is only suitable for low key family style vacations. NO WILD PARTIES!!!. To clarify what a non allowed event is, it would be a large gathering for more than the allowed 24 guests which would include a band, DJ, lots of cars, noise etc. That is not allowed. It is NOT considered an event if you have a corporate retreat, a yoga retreat, a low key Bachelor or Bachelorette weekend with 24 or less people, a family birthday party, wedding anniversary, etc. Anything being celebrated at the home within the allowed 24 guests is NOT considered an event and IS allowed. I can only fit 10 cars max on the property.
**Due to having too many issues/damage/broken house rules, etc. I have very strict rules about specific age groups, this is NOT a party house. Before booking, please outline the ages of your group and please offer as many details about your stay. I also highly recommend taking out the insurance for a more flexible cancelation option. In the event of Covid or anything else, it allows you to be able to cancel anytime and everyone is covered.24th to thee28th..

Beautiful property
Everything was perfect. Only area for improvement is cleanliness in a few areas of the home: garage, main floor laundry room, pool bathroom shower. Host is very communicative and respectful. Would highly recommend for a large gathering of family and friends.

Great property for a extended family weekend getaway
This was a perfect house for us to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The indoor heated pool was amazing!! Chelsi was easy to communicate with, prompt to respond and was willing and able to accommodate our requests! I would def recommend this house for anyone looking for a weekend getaway in the winter and can only imagine how amazing it is during the summer!!

Cozy Bachelorette
Very fun property, we had a cozy bachelorette and never left the house! Overall really awesome, it has its old house charm, but the indoor pool was definitely the highlight. A property worth staying at any time of year!

Nice girls weekend away!
I had a great visit at Chelsi’s house, along with 8 of my girlfriends. The house was beautiful, very old, and so much fun to explore. The pool and jacuzzi were also great - and heated to perfection! Would definitely recommend to groups of friends or family looking for a relaxing and cozy “staycation”. This house has everything you need!

Reunion
4 families gathered for a reunion of working together over 40 years ago in italy. The house a little bit of a dissappointment. Patrs were very old and had been built on over the years. Many light bulbs did not work, tv remote controllers dod not operate. Windows, sidings and paint work were in need of repair. Two back bedrooms could only be accessed via the garage or by going through someone elses bedroom. Bbq grill was a disgrace but was replaced after a phone call. Did not realise that we needed to strip the beds and remove all the trash. Although there were 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms only 3 were en-suite. General cleanliness could have been improved.

Family weekend
Had a great weekend stay in North Hampton. The house was spacious and well appointed. The indoor pool was wonderful especially on a particularly rainy day. The bedrooms were especially spacious, and there was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great location near shopping, restaurants, and mini-golf.

Sprawling farmhouse fun
With only five adults and two children onboard, this spacious, stately farmhouse offered an abundant week of adventure, relaxation, and good-feeling. Whether it was the wonderful indoor pool, quick, easy access to charming North Beach, or enjoying many comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, we all made the most of our time together. In spite of feeling nestled in a private wooded oasis, we were just a few minutes drive to every imaginable restaurant, attraction, and historic site. Beautiful location. Chelsi was a very responsive host, in particular when we needed help with TV connectivity following an electrical storm. We all had fun, ages 7 to 73.

Wonderful family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at this property in July 2023. The house was perfect, with plenty of rooms and flexible room configurations for everyone in my extended family to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of places to eat and gather together. Air conditioners in every room kept the place cool and comfortable even as the temperature outside rose. The kids enjoyed running around in the huge, well-kept yard, lounging in the TV room, and swimming in the clean and heated indoor pool. The location was also perfect for us - easy access to North Hampton, Rye, and Wallis Sands beaches, and Odiorne tide pools and park. The host provided ample information about the property, and was responsive to any questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Getaway
Large home. Plenty of beds for all. Ample linens and towels. Lots of spaces so everyone could spread out or gather as desired. Short ride to beach. Beautiful property. Outdoor chair cushions were wet. Dishwasher was pretty disgusting. Plenty of kitchen equipment but pots were rather dirty. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. Would definitely return if kitchen appliances and pans were updated.
