From the moment you walk in, the entrance is spotless thanks to Deborah, who keeps it shining with impressive attention to detail. Inside the hotel, the housekeeping team — Yon, Zoraida, Yaquelin, Marleidis, Edelsis and Mayré among others— work incredibly hard to maintain the rooms and common areas. They are quick to pick up any trash guests leave outside their doors and handle any spills or food accidents right away. Their dedication shows in every corner of the hotel. This team works beautifully under the supervision of Pamela, who is always smiling and ensures every detail is taken care of. She coordinates closely with the front desk staff — Reggie and Adrian — who maintain open communication so everything gets done promptly and smoothly. I’m truly grateful for the cleaning team’s effort and at Kompose Hotel, it’s clear that it’s a top priority. Their hard work makes the stay comfortable, pleasant, and worry‑free."

"Breakfast was a full hearty self-serve Buffett. You could be a full big back if you desired, plus it was such a great variety that any special diet could be adhered to. Example: Fresh fruit for vegetarians; eggs, milk, sausage and turkey sausage for protein diets; and all the carbohydrates you could dream of. The warmed buttery cinnamon rolls were the best!!"

"Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. "
