The ac in the room did not cool the room. We had to buy a rotating fan to stay cool. The air purifier in the bathroom was heating the room.

This is our regular place to stay when traveling to Orlando for a fun filled weekend. My only complaint and concern was two strangers standing in front of my room door smoking weed. The smell was going into my room and I had a child with me.

Place wasn’t that great I felt like the pool was to strong of chlorine in it. Everywhere I turned it smelled like marijuana which I had little kids with me and the room the ac wasn’t cold at all. Not very happy with my stay.

The pool was the best thing this hotel has going for it. My toilet didn't really flush (I had to fill up the waste can with water from the sink and dump it in the toilet to get it to flush). My Shower didn't really drain, so I was wading around in a pool while I showered. The soaps they offered dried out my skin like a clam in the sun. I was in town for 2 night for a tradeshow, so I didnt spend much time in the room, but I also didn't feel very relaxed while I was there. People were talking/yelling outside at like 2:30 in the morning, waking me up, and loud doors woke me up bright and early.

The property is conveniently located near theme parks; however, its overall condition and amenities are below expectations. Room refreshing is only available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice. Although we requested the room to be refreshed daily, it was only serviced once — and that consisted merely of emptying the bins and re-lining the bed with the same used sheets. Additionally, both my sunglasses and my wife's went missing while we were playing with our children at the pool. When I raised this issue, I was given the email address of a housekeeping manager, but it appeared to be a generic or unresponsive contact. We are still waiting for a proper response and hope the matter will be resolved positively.

Family Oriented

The Resort remodel was beautiful, clean and family oriented. The only thing that I had problems with is that my room wasn’t cleaned not one day of our stay. I had to find a maid to get clean towels and toilet paper from her every other day. They charging customers fees and not following through and that’s not right.

The room was OK, but I cannot sleep because of the noise. From 9 PM to 11 PM they blast the music too loud.. if you want to rest go to another hotel.

A good resort with plenty of amenities. The staff at the bar were fantastic - Pelegríno, Demi, all others, always welcoming and ready to chat. However, we stayed for 8 nights, with our room due to be serviced and cleaned every 4th day. By the 6th day we had to go to reception before going out for the day. Boy at desk said he would send them up that day. When we arrived back, the room had not been done. We had to go back down to reception late at night to collect our own fresh towels and toilet rolls!! We were assured that the room would be serviced the next day- day 7 of 8! When we got back later that day, housekeeping had been in but only made up the bed - no fresh linen on the bed, so we slept in the same sheets for 8 days- unacceptable! We were at the very same resort with our children 10 years ago and had a wonderful time. We still had a great time in Orlando, but the customer service/ management was very disappointing this time. Will think twice about returning next time.
