Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent stay. While I appreciated certain aspects of the property, there were also some areas of concern that I believe are important to mention.
There were individuals frequently loitering around the premises who appeared to be homeless, which raised safety concerns. The overall cleanliness of the facility was below expectations, and the room I was assigned had visible mold on the walls. During the evenings, loud music was often played in the parking lot, disrupting the peace. Additionally, I observed guests hanging clothes to dry on the hallway railings, which detracted from the overall appearance of the property. Lighting was also insufficient in some areas, making them feel unsafe or uninviting.
On a positive note, the pool area, lobby, and dining area were clean and well maintained. The staff in these areas were friendly, attentive, and provided good service. I truly appreciated their professionalism.
I hope this feedback is helpful for making improvements, as the potential for a more pleasant experience is certainly there.
