The Space:

Three bedrooms spread across two floors in the gated Fiesta Key community - that's the frame around your Kissimmee stay. Mornings are quiet here, the kind that let you ease into the day before heading out to everything Central Florida has on offer. Whether you're planning back-to-back days at the theme parks or a slower pace of sightseeing and coming home to cook, this townhome gives you the space and privacy to do it on your own terms.

 

Living space

The main floor opens into a bright, connected layout where the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow naturally into one another. Large windows draw in plenty of natural light, and sliding or double doors lead to your private screened patio - a peaceful spot to wind down after a full day out. You'll also find a half bathroom and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this floor, so practicalities stay out of the way.

 

Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are upstairs, separated from the main living area for added quiet and privacy. The layout sleeps up to 6 guests across 5 beds. Each room is furnished with comfort in mind, and two full bathrooms on the upper floor mean mornings don't have to involve a queue.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dedicated dining area. Whether it's a quick breakfast before the parks or a full dinner back at the house, you have everything you need.

 

Getting connected & settled in

The home has fast Wi-Fi, a TV in the living area, and a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on anything during your stay. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple - just head straight in after 4 PM without waiting on anyone. A starter supply of essentials is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For stays of a week or more, you may want to pick up additional supplies along the way.

 

Community amenities

Fiesta Key is a well-maintained gated community with landscaped grounds and walking paths. As a guest, you have access to the resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, and clubhouse.

 

Getting around

Walt Disney World is around 20 minutes by car, Disney Springs roughly the same. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both under 30 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes out. Old Town Kissimmee, Gatorland, and The Mall at Millenia are all within easy reach as well.

 

A note on parking

The property includes an exclusive driveway with two designated parking spaces. Parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited under HOA regulations - please pull all the way forward, as close as possible to the building. Violations may result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
