Check in staff member was not very friendly or helpful. We did not get the room we originally booked and had to stay on the motel side of the resort. For a Doubletree I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms- very outdated. The property was also extremely loud all night long- people yelling, slamming doors and that annoying back up noise trucks make.

Was just there for a huge convention too many extra fees tacked on to a already mediocre room then to keep being charged for 250 every 3 hours for incidentals. Food prices out of this world. Parking out of this world. No cookie. On check in. Too many mistakes on check in and through billing to list.

Great place to stay so close to Sea World

Thoughtful staff that helped us get organized and comfortable with our stay. Clean room that was slightly outdated but adequate. Large property with a great deal of places to eat for options in and around the property. Walking distance to Sea World.
