There were a number of problems with the room, including all sinks clogged; TV inoperable; broken shards of glass in the carpet (dozens of them) which were picking up in our feet. We never had any support from management to cure any of those issues in four days stay.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The room was dirty in the carpet, the slide area, plates and the big sofa. I asked previously trough the platform a play n pack for my baby and they said it would be at my room at check in and it wasn’t delivered. The location is great, I hoped for better or equivalent to my previous stay.

Basic needs but needs update & better cleaning

Property is convenient “off resort” location and 10 min drive to everything Disney. The pool area is nicely kept and fun for families. A few issues with our stay. 10th floor room AC wouldn’t get under 76 degrees, making sleeping uncomfortable. Tried to call housekeeping twice for extra towels and TP with no answer. Sunny Sunday afternoon and poolside bar was closed all day without notice when we planned a chill day and hoped to get food/drinks. Hallways often smelled of old Chinese food? Maybe trash. I have stay’d here prior and seems to have gone downhill a bit on maintenance/upkeep.

Asked for towels and the manager and staff told me if I wanted clean towels to wash them. I was in town for the world national cheer competition and I didn’t have time to wash towels. Was very unhappy with my visit I’ve stayed at this hotel every year durning comp season and I have never had this experience. I will stay at a different hotel from now on. Also someone tried to break into my vehicle.

We absolutely love LBV for the family friendly relaxing atmosphere. Suites were stocked with everything we needed and very spacious. Kiddo loves the pirate ship pool. Very convenient location.

First time booking with Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa and I would definitely book again. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with Walmart, Publix, and other shopping centers around the corner. My only issue was with the keys. It was such a struggle to get into our building and our room at times because the keys were either not working properly or not working at all. We had to go to the front on two separate occasions to have our keys reset or get new keys. Imagine having to use the restroom really bad and your key won't open your door. Other than that our stay was great!

I love the size of the room however did not like like the pull out couch nor the bedding available for it. Also, we had an iron but no ironing board. The room is out dates and could use a major update I stayed her more than 15 years ago and the furniture is the same

I recently stayed here for a couple days while visiting the Orlando area, and I have to say, the location is excellent. It's just a short drive from both Disney and Universal Studios, and there's an outlet mall right next door, which was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also a great convenience. However, my experience wasn't all positive. Unfortunately, my 5-year-old was too short to enjoy the pirate ship slide, which really upset him. Also, the rooms were quite dated. Additionally, we encountered a few issues in our room: the freezer didn’t work, as we woke up to find our ice cream had melted overnight. To make matters worse, one of the bathtubs wouldn’t stop running, creating a constant noise that made it difficult to sleep. Overall, while the location was fantastic, these issues, along with other minor issues, significantly impacted our stay.
