Good for the rates. Spacious. Old outdated furniture and small tvs in rooms and smells stale. Great if you need to accommodate a family and just need somewhere safe to sleep. Good food places and shopping real close.

The first room we got was so extremely outdated. The living room furniture was gross. One of the beds in the guest bedroom that had 2 full beds was so caved in in the middle that my children couldn’t move comfortably. The shower floor in the primary bedroom felt like it was going to cave in. It smelled like wet wood. The manager moved us to another room and I paid extra to have a 3 bedroom instead of 2 bedrooms. The next room was better, but not by much. The living room furniture was still gross and old. The primary bedroom had sheets and a very thin “comforter” (if that’s what you’d call it). We had a king bed and the comforter didn’t even cover the whole top, so my husband and I were both crammed together to be fully covered. When we got in the 2nd room, the fridge wasn’t on, so we had to leave all of the groceries we bought in the other room and set an alarm in the middle of the night to take everything to the new room so the fridge had time to cool down. Then, we went to the pool on Friday and they had recently painted the area around the pool. I was sitting on the edge for a period of time, and when I got up, there was paint all over my swimsuit, my hands, and all over my daughters swimsuit as well. You could not pay me to stay here again.

Gostei muito do hotel, visito Orlando a mais de 30 anos e nunca fiquei em Kissimmee. Foi uma boa experiência. Essa viagem foi com meus netos pequenos, 1 ano e meio e outro de 3, marido, filha e genro. Só tenho uma observação: a suíte que fiquei havia um toldo onde não cobria a claridade por estar rasgado. A janela já tem uma parte que não tem cortina então, a luz entra pelos dois lugares. Acho que deveriam rever. Outra coisa, levei um aparelho para ver os canais brasileiros, porém as TVs estavam bloqueadas. Falei com a recepção e nada poderiam fazer. Essas são minhas observações.De um modo geral gostei.
