We had a wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. The location was excellent, the accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The pool smelled heavily of chlorine. We were promised complimentary drinks, but there were none, and there wasn’t even water in the room. The furniture was dirty and very worn out, and the whole room felt extremely outdated. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room the entire time. The mattress was sagging, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The room was spacious and well-kept but a little outdated. The Disney Parks shuttle was very limited with pick-up times which was an inconvenience. Hotel taxi was over-priced so mostly used Ubers the entire week. Overall a good experience but wouldn’t stay here again.

The only issue I had was that the furniture was very worn and outdated. The couch did not have any support in the cushions and when you sat down you would think you were almost sitting on the floor. The cushions for the kitchen chairs were also very worn and one was not even able to use. The pool was very kid friendly and we were also able to see fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our balcony. You also have to drive to get something to eat. There are not any restaurants on the premises like in the description. I would definitely stay here again but not in this unit.
