It was terrible, nothing like we expected! The rooms were dusty, kitchen had dirty utensils, nasty stove burners with pieces of food, broken flushing in one the bathroom, bedrooms were too bright, with no blackout curtains. The tv with a limited programming was even more disappointing. We were not allowed to open or watch movies and shows on the Apps.

We traveled for the holidays with 7 people and this place was wonderful. Convenient location and the kids absolutely loved the pool! We will be revisiting here in the future!

The check process was ok, we didn’t receive any upgrades and we had to wait until 4pm to get our room no early access was given. The rooms were old, run down and very disappointing . The furniture was old and broken, the top draw of the dresser in one of the rooms couldn’t open and they were all scratched up and worn out. We had a king bed with sheets that were too small the fitted sheet didn’t fit so we just removed it. The water pressure was horrible you felt like you needed another shower after taking a shower. The elevator one day didn’t work and we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs. We were there with our mothers one is 86 years and one is 75 recovering stroke patient. They had to stay in that day but luckily by the time we were ready for dinner the elevator worked. On the bright side the people who worked there were very nice.

Very nice property second time staying here. Spacious clean rooms. Had only a few faults that were minor drip from ceiling in shower due to some plumbing issue and the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that beautiful place.

and were placed in a back building with a very outdated room. Garbage trucks came at 6 AM and spent about 25 minutes making loud noise, which woke us up. The hot tub was only lukewarm and the staff was not friendly during our stay. Unfortunately, not the experience we were hoping for. We checked out one day early due to the noise and went someplace else.

The original room had the worst moldy dingy smell of I have ever smelled. It’s impossible that the resort didn’t know that side of the hotel didn’t have some form of flood damage. It was bad. I called and demanded a move to another room after starting to get ill from smell. We did get another room in the middle of the night but it was an inconvenience.
