We had a wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. The location was excellent, the accommodations were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean, convenient, and perfect for our family trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the Orlando area.

This property is highly misrepresented as a “resort.” It feels much more like a dated roadside motel than a resort experience. The rooms are tired and poorly maintained, common areas lack upkeep, and the overall quality does not match the photos or description on Hotels.com. We chose this property expecting a family-friendly resort environment and were extremely disappointed. Had the listing been accurate, we would not have booked this stay.

The room was spacious, and having a washer/dryer and full kitchen was a lifesaver. The pool area was great! The location of this resort was perfect and we could see disney fireworks from our balcony, which was great! We loved staying here and will be back for sure!

The room was decent. However, many things were not. The toilet clogged everytime flushing and once flooded, the hot water ran out fast, so taking a hot bath in the jucuzzi wasn't great. Towel racks and toilet paper holders fell to the ground everytime you touched them, faucets are loose and falling apart. The faucet sink in the kitchen floods the counter when on. Furniture is very old and needs to be replaced. There is a chair that looks so dirty you don't feel comfortable sitting on it. Someone just needs to do a good walk through and look deep into everyrhing that's broken or needs replaced and this would be an amazimg hotel room to stay in. I hate giving a bad review on what could be a very nice hotel room. Other than what i mentioned, the resort was great.

The three bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, great for a family vacation. There is plenty to do in the area as well.

The hotel was fine for our needs but there is much room for improvement. Rooms are dated and very well-used - we booked a 3 bed, 2 bath for our large group and it was clear that the room has seen things…pots and pans burnt to a crisp, mattresses sunken in and lumpy, dents and knocks everywhere in the furniture. But, it was clean and after 14 day a the parks, it was fine enough. The resort itself was a ghost town - we saw no one on our floor, including staff and other guests. Parking lot was empty. Very strange considering we stayed beginning of Jan. Not complaining because it was quiet, but it was odd. Pool and waterslide was nice, but again - stair on pool was broken, water features were rusted, pirate ship was tired. The grounds were nice though! All in all, this resort needs a major refresh because the location is convenient. I would give our stay 2.5/5.

Friendly staff, clean & spacious room, great location, great price for the size and location. They offer a shuttle bus to the parks but we didn’t make use of it since we rented a car. Only two things- the fridge was leaking inside. I did notify the front desk and someone came immediately to check it out. And the shower curtain didn’t close all the way therefore water pooled on the outside. Other than that, it was a great stay. I will return.

Room was comfortable, great location. Had a few issues, maybe because it was a busy time? Every time I tried to call the front desk, the line was busy or phone was not answered. I was calling because our 2nd bathroom’s shower did not work, the knob to turn on the hot water did not move past a certain point. I requested a repair, the front desk said they would sent someone over, it was not fixed throughout my stay. My second issue is the washing machine was dirty, with a grey film around the bottom tub. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff. The external property was beautiful and well kept. Great salon and relaxation pool. Our room had extremely dated furniture, so dated that it should have been removed - beat up dining chairs. Also , our room did not look like it had been vacuumed . Found two items on the floor when we arrived. A toy and a coffee cup with a tea bag under an end table. I called housekeeping and they quickly remedied it.
