Room was clean but, the bathtub had a bit of rust on it. Hotel didn’t come with a complimentary breakfast and the staff was ok. No one explained about how and where to take the shuttle bus to Universal Epic.

It isn’t the same as it used to be. The coffee place was closed most of the time, the little sushi and snack place next to it remained closed. I couldn’t get bar service outside by the pool, no one was around despite it being open.
