I evacuated here during Hurricane Ian, and the staff were so kind and went over and above to show their concern for me. Yamil, at the front desk was so very helpful, and all the housekeeping staff and other workers were very friendly. A hotel stay is not only about the room, but about the service and response of all the workers. I am very impressed by the professionalism and willingness of everyone to make sure their guests are safe and happy!! Thank you!

Breakfast was good. Eggs were always fluffy and consistency prepared. Sausage was ok. Liked the pancakes and waffle machines. Had a breakfast sandwich machine that gave you the sandwich option after hours (for a fee). Was not working for 2 days of my stay but I did not use it at all. Laundry machines on site was nice as well. Easy walk ( maybe 1/2 mile) to Universal Studios.
