Room was clean, but very hot. Also the staff yelling laundry as they put stuff down the laundry shoot and then letting it slam was a rude awakening first they in the morning. Elevator not working was alittle annoying.

The elevator was down. The guy at desk lied and told me it went down that morning and I found out it’s been down for days. My mother was with me and she’s 73 . I told the man at the desk the forth floor wouldn’t work for me as she has copd and has a defibrillator bc of previous cardiac arrest. He said best he could do was third floor. He ignored me and waited on the next customer. I feel he didn’t care about what I just said didn’t offer a refund . I also feel I should have been told when I booked 2 days previous as they were “waiting for a part “ for days previous .

We have been staying multiple times in the last year and elevator is still not operational. We love staying because our Grandkids live nearby and the can come for a swim. The pool fans were not working so it was very humid in swimming area.

The elevator did not work and we had to carry our belongings up to the 4th floor. Unacceptable for seniors. At one point my husband collapsed. We should have been told the elevator was when booking. Otherwise, the hotel room was comfortable.
