This 1959 mid-century modern Meiselman-built home is simply fabulous. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac for built-in privacy and a sense of calm. The large inviting living / dining room offers a South facing wall of glass overlooking the oversized yard with its gorgeous pool.

The home is ideal for those looking to relive the days of old in Palm Springs desert style. Light bright with well-appointed furnishings will make you want to never leave.

The master bedroom with en-suite has great separation from the two guest bedrooms, offering the perfect amount of privacy when hosting guests. The kitchen has been remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and refinished Youngstown Kitchen cabinetry. An outdoor shower is available after an afternoon dip in the pool. There is a whole-house water filtration system to help with the high mineral content water found in the desert.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Great house with 3 decent sized bedrooms. Big backyard and amazing jacuzzi and a big pool. The grill was useful for one of our meals. Placed in a quiet and dark cul de sac but there are motion sensored lights so we were never in the dark. Would recommend for Coachella, since its a 8-10 minute drive to the shuttle location and pretty close to downtown Palm Springs.

Lovely place to stay, close to everything

This home is cute, well decorated, and spotless. A great place to crash for a couple days with a coworker for a company retreat. Would stay there again.

The stay was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, and the bedding was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I will definitely revisit for another stay. Thanks

Fireplace is for looks only but they added flameless candles which helped with our Christmas

Home with amazing pool

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs over Memorial Day weekend. We spent a lot of time swimming in the big pool. The house was in a great location. We definitely recommend!

Wonderful family retreat

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our family of 6. The house is charming, and the pool and spa are great. Location is ideal for exploring Palm Springs, as well as for a day trip to Joshua Tree. The management was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!!!

Quiet Cul-de-Sac in great location

We stayed for two nights. Check in was quick and easy. The property was easy to find and is located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Close to the supermarket down the street and 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The property was the perfect size for our party of 4 adults and one child. It was comfortable inside and had plenty of loungers, outside dining table and chairs, and seating g area for evening drinks. The pool was clean and surprisingly deep and not in the picture on the listing it does have a descent size hot tub. Awesome stay. Thanks.

The house was great. The check-in process was inconvenient.

The home was perfect for the four of us. The pool and hot tub were great. It was nicely appointed and looks just like the photos. The kitchen is small, but we weren't cooking so it was totally adequate. The only negative was the check-in process. I understand Palm Springs is inordinately difficult on vacation rental management companies, but we had to check in at the rental office downtown before going to the property. It was an extra unwelcome logistical step. We also paid for early check-in but had to wait quite a while because the office was busy checking in other guests who arrived just ahead of us. It felt like, "What are we paying for?" Outside of that it was all a very positive stay.
