I am writing to share feedback about my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect as a Hilton Honors member.
Upon arrival, the check-in process felt rushed and unwelcoming. The staff member immediately requested identification, processed our keys, and moved on to the next guest without offering any information. We had to ask about directions to our room, parking options, and restaurant hours ourselves.
When we entered the room, we noticed several maintenance issues:
Electrical outlets in the bathroom and behind the television were loose and not secured to the wall,
and the room door had multiple scratches and was in need of repainting. Overall, the room appeared outdated and in need of refreshing.
Additionally, we did not receive the cookies typically offered at check-in. When we inquired at the front desk, the staff member informed us that cookies are only given at check-in and reluctantly provided them “this time only.”
As loyal Hilton Honors members who have stayed at many Hilton properties, this experience was disappointing both in terms of customer service and room aesthetics. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
