For how expensive this hotel is, I was expecting the room to be way nicer. The room had a mild bad odor when we arrived and there was a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Corners, based boards and the shower had areas with built up dirt and/or rust. Food and drinks were extremely expensive. Staff was very helpful and polite, no complaints there. However, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The pools and the lazy river with the water slides are great for kids.

We had a wonderful stay and had some very pleasant people ensuring that happened. Omar Salinas was outstanding in the restaurant. The food was delicious

when we arrived I needed to wipe and clean the table tops and wipe the refrigerator out. They delivered a microwave that was an additional charge that smelled like food and was not clean. The bedding was worn and the room had the same feeling of lack of maintenance. There was some mold in the shower and the shower leaked all over the floor and the shower head was not feeding out water properly. Carpets were stained. Not what I would expect from a Hyatt Regency resort property. I am very disappointed. we also left 2 mens dress shirts behind hanging in the closet and those have disappeared.

My kid enjoyed the slides. Great idea of having TWO!! I like having a 24hour food/snack area. Enjoyed the games on the lawn. Great idea on the automatic light under the bed. I didn’t like that the trash bin were overflowing and didn’t see anyone empty them. Puddle of water where kids were sliding off their bottom. Very dangerous. Shower needs an upgrade. All cabanas should have a mini fridge not just the adult area cabanas.
