I had to leave due to a family emergency - the hotel agreed to refund me for my stay since I was there for only a few hours - Expedia, on the other hand DENIED issuing me a refund - this is my last time using Expedia - your customer service is terrible, deceitful and misinforming. The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating - this terrible review is strictly for Expedia and my experience with your staff and company. You lost a long time client.

Love the lazy river and the staff was great. It was just too crowded. Barely any seats available at the pool. The pool was crowded, too crowded. They would benefit from adding additional pools.

We love Omni for an end of summer family vacation. However, in our room the bath was clogged and the water for temp never got cool/cold I’m assuming from How how the pipes were from the high heat temps. Also the bath water clogged. No hand soap was there on arrival. At the pool the servers were taking awhile to come and take our order. I understand it was busy but unfortunately it was faster to just walk up the bar and get your own drinks.

The hotel itself is nice but we had to call 3 times to ask for a pack n play for our room for our daughter and had to finally go to the front desk for water after calling several times for waters..: we’re in a desert, it’s a basic necessity. Everything is vastly overpriced. The food, the rooms etc
