The Zen Retreat - Private Pool, Spa and Casita!
This peaceful 2000 Sq Ft, 3 BD/3.5 Bath home is centrally located! Only a few minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. The house has a separate Casita. Incredible 24 foot ceilings in the great room include clerestory windows and 8 foot tall sliders that overlook your own private pool and spa.
This home is located in the iconic `48@Baristo`. It has modern furnishings throughout. The main living area has an expansive great room, hard wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area, a gas fireplace and a powder room. Upstairs are the two separate bedrooms with Queen beds with en suite bathrooms connected by a catwalk.
The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool.
Relax in the courtyard by the fire pit, dine al fresco or enjoy your private Pool and Spa! The fully detached Casita has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom, completely private from the main house.
All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV.
There is a washer/dryer inside the home.
Garage can fit one car, there is also guest parking in the complex for one extra car.
Ralph`s grocery store is only a 6 minute walk. There is also a CVS and a Starbucks very close by.
-Pool heating is optional for an extra charge
-Please note that the primary bedroom has an opening onto the main living space.
-Small dogs are welcome (up to 25 lbs). Pet fee is $150 per stay.
