Hotel is small but nicely located. Parking isn't on site but it isn't a massive issue. One big gripe is the check in policy. I understand check in is listed as 16.00. I arrived at 14.30 (due to flight). Room was ready but they wouldn't check.me in until 16.00. If the rooms ready, most hotels just check you in but not here. A a result, I won't use this hotel again when I'm in Philly

Staff was wonderful - very attentive at the front desk and the room service introduced themselves to make sure we were comfortable. Parking was easy and relatively cheap. Everything was walking distance.

The room was clean and the hotel is located in a good location. It is a short walk to Independence and the Liberty Bell. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I would stay here again, the staff were great as well.
