This place was perfect for the weekend. It was perfect for what we needed especially with the Eagles parade happening. Only downside was finding a straight pin in my pillow. Plus the Hot water was lacking and we really didn't have it until Saturday morning! Not a joke at all!

I stayed in room 605 the only bad part was the constant noise from the highway .. other then that it was a good place to stay.. didnt get to check out the area around outside cause it was 14 degrees or so that night ..

Excellent Service!

A very nice Place to stay , had children with me . Enjoyed the Complimentary Breakfast too. Everything was cool, and Everyone seem very respectful and attentive to Cleanliness and if we needed anything else our of the Norm. Usually, if it's not the Ritz Carlton the Breakfast is of high quality enough to have the morning Planned well , will Book after the New renovations again .

Under renovation

Stsyed two nights in riverview room Place was going under renovation. Noise from 9-5pm. Mouse in room, was relocated to another room. Both rooms telephones not working, asked several times, never repaired. Location is great.

It was disappointing that even basic water was not provided. The products were inexpensive, and the hotel cushions didn't feel like good quality for the price. Overall, it didn't leave a good impression.Above all, the excessively high parking fees significantly increased the cost of staying at the hotel, making it less appealing to visit again.

Location, location, location.

4.5 stars. Location was excellent with a stunning view of Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Two streets away and there are many bar and restaurant options. Freeways are just seconds away. The breakfast is really good with an automatic pancake maker included. There are nice option for everyone. Parking is a bit awkward but a big deal. Reno's were happening between 9-5 but we were outside the hotels at those times. The hot water takes forever to get to the tap so we had to turn on 10 min prior to shower. Had issues with having our room cleaned as a day was missed and another one could have too if we didn't come back before the cleaning team left.
