Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home.

The house is set up for self check-in. Instructions will be sent to you 3 hours before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Fishtown has exploded into an arts district. There's always something new and exciting happening in this vibrant neighborhood, from the delicious food and drinks at local restaurants and bars to the awesome art galleries and live music venues. If you walk along the side streets packed with row homes, you may also notice decorative wooden fish displaying home numbers—a signature of apartments here. An urban farm next to a Dunkin’ Donuts, a waterfront park connected to a graffiti garden–Fishtown just does things a little differently, and people are noticing. Home of the bakery that made Beyonce’s birthday cake and recent recipients of America’s Best Sandwich and one of America’s best hotel rooms awards, the future for this hip neighborhood is bright. From shops and art galleries to bookstores and parks, some popular attractions in Fishtown include the Fillmore Philadelphia, a music venue that hosts concerts and events; Frankford Hall, a German-style beer garden with outdoor seating; and La Colombe Coffee Roasters, a popular coffee shop chain that originated in Philadelphia. There are lots of unique places to check out around the neighborhood!

Other Things to Note:
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.

Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.

Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
