The place was so nice and clean and looks bigger than the pictures. The check in process was really easy and I truly enjoyed myself and I can honestly say my guests did the same. We did receive a noise complaint which I am truly sorry for.
The space was perfectly fine in the long run but it was very disappointing upon arrival - itâs much smaller than the pictures look - thereâs no window treatments - the furniture is very shabby with burn holes in the couch and rug and All the tables are scuffed, cracked and peeling but the neighborhood was nice and it was decent enough For a basic place to crash.
Spacious apartment with responsive host. Good wifi for virtual school or work. Nicely put together bedrooms. Kitchen very functional, with basic cookery.
This was within walking distance of a lot of great places! We enjoyed eating at Reading Terminal Market and in Chinatown. We were able to find parking right around the corner through spot hero for $15/night. Although those stairs were no joke, the apartment was spacious, clean and well-stocked. I did have to contact the owner/manager to find the washer/dryer (it was in a locked closet), but they were very quick to respond and helped me out. Overall a great stay and Iâd recommend it!
Had a little get away for my boyfriends birthday. It was a great stay. Pictures didn ât really match what we got. We ran out of trash bags that werenât provided, there was hair in the drain of the shower, what we believe was black mold in the shower, and the dishes werenât cleaned 100%.
I spent most of my time in the hallway with the lady who was renting another apartment trying to figure out why her code wasnât working. There solution to the problem was tell each other your codes and stay in the room you are in even though itâs not the right room. And than as soon as I got back to my company he is calling me again telling me I need to move I received numerous text about complaints that wasnât happening theirs so bad that Iâm getting my lawyer involved
I was in Philly for my 98 yr old grandmother, I had my 75 yr old mother and 1 yr old grandbaby. To have to climb 4 steep landings of stairs was almost unbearable! That should have been known since there is no elevator. Also the parking next door was $30 per night that is ridiculous! The condo itself was very nice however it needing dusting, my grandbaby touched everything and each time I had to wipe his hands. The bedrooms were extremely cold so extra blankets would have been nice. This could have easily been a 5 star if we were young. But the stair climb was a beast!
Enjoyed staying at this property. Very easy to get to places in the central city. Convenient parking right next door. The place had everything we needed for a family of 5. Thank you!
