*April 2025 update, New outdoor seating area furniture. New Outdoor BBQ Island. Just finished a complete replacement/rebuild of the Barbecue Island and misting system. Repainted entire pool deck. Spacious single story home on the 6th tee box at Foothills Golf Club. Relax on the large covered patio complete with misting system, sun shade and 40” LCD TV – it’s perfect for al fresco dining. Enjoy a swim in the oversized heated salt water pebble tech pool with swim-up-table, diving board, slide and water feature. The large 13,000 sq. ft. lot provides privacy and is perfect for year-round outdoor living. Three sliding doors extend the living area outside. No interior steps, vaulted ceilings.
Large Master Suite has King Bed. Bedroom #2 has King Bed. Bedroom #3 has Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 Full-Over-Full Bunks, Pack ‘n Play.
Indoor family/TV room includes 55” LCD TV with built-in WiFi, Roku, Netflix, iHeartRadio, Premium Cable package. The entire home is tile floors with the exception of the guest bedrooms.
Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, backs up to the golf course and is very private. Feb 2015 New 6 person Hot Tub! Convenient shopping and dining are just around the corner (restaurants, bars, grocery, banks, drug store, ice cream, Starbucks all a short walk or drive away.)
Nearby South Mountain Preserve offers hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. We are 20-25 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport.
MLB Spring Training (Angles, Cubs, A's) are a short drive away (30 min or less.)
Other golf courses less than 15 miles from the house include:, WhirlWind, Arizona Grand, Raven Golf Club, Papago, Grass clippings.
Nearby Casinos: Wild Horse Pass, Lone Butte, Vee Quiva.

It was nice. Pool was great for the kids! Family basketball games on the court. Cooking was a breeze with what is provided on the property. Safeway is walking distance. Gordo tacos party pack is a must!

Great stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The owner was wonderful and allowed my daughter’s teammates and their parents to come over and enjoy the pool after tournaments in the afternoon. This house was perfect and the backyard was 10/10. The backyard pool area is fabulous. We loved the layout of the house it was perfect for entertaining. The house was super clean when we arrived. Host was great if we had any questions. The property is in a great neighborhood and the location makes it easy to get to anything. There’s a grocery store right around the corner! We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an awesome time staying at this home for 23 nights. The outdoor space is a plus. We enjoyed the two indoor spaces to relax in. The home is on the best golf course of the 4 we played. A few things needed fixing and the homeowner promptly sent the handyman to repair. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

My best friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the house and our week in Phoenix. The house is in a convenient location to any type of restaurant or store you may need as well as the major highways (we did a few day trips). We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside patio area and watching the golfers. I agree with previous recent reviews that some cosmetic updates could be done but everything is more than functional and some appliances are very new. When I needed to contact Beau during our stay (not any issues with the house), he responded very quickly. I highly recommend the property and my friend and I are already discussing returning in a few years for another stay. Thank you Beau!

Escaping the Cold

My husband and I stayed for 2 months. We love the Ahwatukee area and the home is on a nice golf course. When our grandchildren visited us, they enjoyed the pool particularly in February. It was still a bit cold in January but they tried. The home definitely is showing the signs of extensive use and wear. It was not as clean as we expected. I found food wrappers in couch cushions, dirty dishes and pots and pans in cupboards The propane tank on grill was empty and grill lighter needed batteries. I spent some time vacuuming and cleaning the first few days. We talked to Beau and he explained he had lost his regular cleaning ladies and had to use someone different. He was very responsive and sent someone over to wash the outside windows. Beau has a great handyman who was around a few times during our stay. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Other than the fact the house has back to back renters so I understand it is tough to get inside and do some needed updating/repairs and deep cleaning, we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing!

This was the second time we stayed here! The pool is fantastic being saltwater there’s no reactions to the chlorine. Kitchen is well stocked and ready to tackle whatever you want to prepare. Very quiet and private location, occasional golfers but no big deal. Look forward to returning again!
