The 850 sf condo has all the comforts of home, including cable, 2 smart TVs, Wifi, outdoor grill, private washer and dryer, and right on Stonecreek Golf course with hiking/biking greenbelts. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and another smart TV. No smoking space!
Fabulous golf course location with several restaurants in walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s each a short drive away. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Anasazi Village Condominiums Feb. 20 - Mar. 13, 2025

The Anasazi complex is perfectly situated in a developed area of Scottsdale. In less than 15 minutes from the complex, you can choose from many fine restaurants, shopping, golf and baseball (during spring training). The complex itself has all the amenities, the upkeep of the grounds is noticeable. The unit where we stayed has everything that is needed. We had 2 issues during our stay and Arlene dealt with them promptly and to our satisfaction. Staying in Scottsdale during the winter months can be pricey but for the rate we paid, we received excellent value overall. I would not hesitate to book with Arlene again.

Great Location

A nice, clean condo that we were able to utilize for our stay. Convenient to shopping, food, and interstate access. The host was engaged and active during our check-in/check-out process. The condo was as-described and I was able to work each day with minimal noise and disruptions. We visit Phoenix annually and will definitely look for this property when we know our dates for 2025.

Spring cleaning

The property owner was excellent with her communication. We had a plumbing issue with the shower that was fixed promptly. This unit had been cleaned, but needs a spring cleaning which I informed the owner of. I hope this unit will get a thorough cleaning now.

Beautiful condo, wonderful owner

The condo is very well equipped for long stays. It is clean and comfortable with a great view. We had a couple of issues and the owner took care of them promptly and professionally. Had a plumber out on Saturday at 6PM! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owner for letting us stay in her lovely condo.

The perfect get away!

The condo had so many amenities: spacious and well equipped kitchen and dinette, comfortable king bed and lots of closet space in the bedroom, beautiful view from the balcony, a door opening onto the balcony from the bedroom as well as the living area, washer and dryer, and a TV in living room and bedroom. The condos, sitting next to a golf course, are in a setting with five pools and beautiful landscaping. They are centrally located for all types of shopping and restaurants, yet we found the complex to be very quiet and peaceful. Arlene sent us easy to follow instructions for entering and leaving. We would definitely stay there again.

Most beautiful VRBO we’ve stayed in! Clean, decorated SO nicely, all amenities, great location close to anything you could need! Arlene was helpful with a question we had and quick to respond. Perfect location - peaceful grounds

We are already talking about returning next year! This was an ideal condo for us - a very spacious one bedroom. It was set up well with comfortable and sturdy furniture and plenty of storage space. It was clean with good appliances in the kitchen including a single cup Keurig, regular drip coffee maker, and a French Press! The grounds are beautiful with lovely pools (the one outside our condo was heated) and walking paths. It is also walking distance to some of my favorite stores and restaurants - and I could run to the trailhead for hiking. We took an Uber to/from the airport and then rented a car off airport site near the condo - which worked very well.....and much less expensive:) We'll be back!

Location was perfect for our trip.

The property is fairly well taken care of. However, I would suggest that they buy a new can opener and fix the light in the laundry area. We would stay again as the location was very quite and worked out great for us.

Nice condo and area

We enjoyed our 10 days at Arlene’s condo in Anasazi. The condo was well stocked with initial supplies needed. The king bed was very comfortable. The pool view was nice, but unfortunately it was usually too chilly to enjoy the 4th floor patio. Anasazi has very nice pools, hot tubs, community room, (enjoyed ping pong and pool) walking and biking trails. It’s right across the street from shopping and restaurants. So convenient! I’d recommend this condo and resort to friends and hope to be back!

Condo was spacious, clean, and had most everything we needed. Didn't have a drip-style coffee maker, but we bought one and left it for Arlene and future guests (I hope.) Very nice pool and other amenities in the complex, and great central location.

Wonderful condo and complex. Can't wait to return!

My wife and I recently spent two weeks in this condo at Anasazi Village. We have holidayed in the Phoenix area for many years and, although we have been lucky enough to have never suffered through a complete dud, some of our rental experiences have been better than others. Our experience at this unit and complex was first rate. The unit is nicely set up, very clean, and surprisingly roomy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything most folks will require. The fridge is a new side by side model with an exterior ice dispenser. There is even a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom has two closets, including a walk-in. The king bed was extremely comfortable and there are blackout type drapes that keep the outdoor light from prematurely interrupting your sleep. The bathroom has dual sinks and is big enough for two people to comfortably operate at the same time...a good thing because my wife and I are used to having our own bathroom. This unit is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator to make life easy when dealing with heavier loads. There is a stairwell right outside the unit door. The lanai/balcony is covered and is a nice size. It overlooks one of the pools. It also contains a large closet where the washer and dryer can be found. Anasazi Village is a sprawling resort-style complex with five beautiful swimming pools and accompanying spas. The clubhouse has a couple of fitness centres, one of which is large and nicely equipped. We drove from Calgary and brought along our bikes, which we were able to store in a bicycle storage area (there are three). The assigned parking spot is right below the condo unit and it is covered to keep your vehicle shaded (a nice touch). I suppose one of the things that pleasantly surprised us was the level of friendliness we encountered from absolutely everybody we met at Anasazi Village, from three-month snowbirds to fulltime year-round residents. This resort is on a beautiful golf course and is only a 5-10 minute walk to shopping (Walmart, Target, Macy's, Costco) and good restaurants. There is also a very good outdoor recreation store (REI) beside Target. There is a cycling path that runs adjacent to the complex. Arlene was excellent to deal with and, on the two occasions we had minor questions for her, she was very quick to respond to our text messages. Overall, we'd have to give our entire experience a full five-star rating. We hope to be lucky enough to be able to return sometime soon. Gord and Ginny (Calgary
