Welcome to Baja Rosa, your Southwest Modern escape in the Valley of the Sun. Thoughtfully renovated in 2023, this home was carefully curated to provide comfort and quality to our guests while paying homage to the local style. Come to relax and unwind by the pool, gather with friends and family in the comfortable main house or cozy casita, or explore the nearby attractions that are minutes away from this centrally located retreat.



The Space:

The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom. The Casita has a full size bed and a sofa sleeper that pulls out to a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom in the Casita and a kitchenette.



This home is equipped with all the essentials that will make this your home away from home.



We provide a pack-and-play, highchair, and changing table topper to our guests.



Additional Amenities Include:

Travel size shampoo, lotion and toothpaste are provided

Pool towels and pool floats

The Biltmore is centrally located neighborhood in the financial district in Phoenix. The Neighborhood is surrounded by hiking paths, award winning restaurants, beautiful shopping malls and is less than 15 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is with a ride sharing services.

Located in the central Biltmore area, this home is minutes away from award winning restaurants, shopping, nightlife, hiking, golfing, spring training baseball facilities, and more.



This location is a 9 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 12 minutes

from Old Town Scottsdale, and less than 15 minutes to Talking Stick Arena (Phoenix Suns) and Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks).

Amazing stay

VERY well stocked house, well maintained, and plenty of "exras" like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee cups, creamer, tea, seasonings in the kitchen, pool towels, floats for the pool, plenty of bath towels! Beds were very comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay at Baja Rosa and would stay again. It's walking distance to a shopping area, or a short 3-5 minute drive to a grocery store. Jeremy, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had! Owner managed makes a HUGE difference!!

Perfect location, clean and well appointed!

We’re from Virginia and needed a 3 night stay while hiking and visiting the desert and botanical garden before heading up to Flagstaff. The house was perfect for us. Very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Both the pool and home were very clean and contact with the owner was prompt with very clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay her again if we’re ever back in the area.

Highly recommend Baja Rosa! Perfect location to everything Phoenix- easy road access. Beautiful and well-appointed property with extra amenities such as Aveda products, sunscreen, welcome snacks. Very thoughtful. Our family was comfortable and loved having the pool and spa! 100%!

We had a wonderful stay! The house and Casita were very clean and so comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, dishware pots and pans, etc. The house is centrally located to many points of interest! Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub as the weather hit the 90’s. Our host, Jeremy was very attentive to our needs! So very grateful for our family time in Phoenix!

Excellent Accommodations

My family and I came to Phoenix to check out GCU and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Baja Rosa. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The bedrooms are ample sized, and our son loved having his own casita. This property is conveniently located in the Biltmore area and near lots of restaurants, grocery stores and 10 minutes from the airport. Hands down though, the best part was the hot tub, which we all enjoyed.

Amazing Retreat

The property owners have taken extra care to have all the necessities of a Vacation Rental. I so appreciated their attention to having the kitchen fully stocked even down to spices, ziplocks and coffee. They even supplied thrown blankets to cuddle up with during a movie or visiting. You often don't see this level of supplies. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

Best Vacation Rental

This property was a 10 out of 10. I have been to Phoenix several times in the past few years and this was not only an excellent home but also a great location. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house was neat and tidy. I would say it was quite cozy. We also took advantage of the proximity to local restaurants and stores. We took walks in the neighborhood and felt very comfortable with our surroundings. I would highly recommend. The property manager was also very easy to work with and had all things taken care of!!!
