We enjoyed the unit overall. Close to the pool. Unit is on the second floor without an elevator. That means bringing luggage and groceries up stairs which are a little steep. Plenty of space especially in the walk in closets. Owner is very responsive to questions. Unit nicely decorated. Pool towels and sandals were provided. I recommend the staying here just be aware of the steep stairs and no elevator. Good experience overall.

Marcia's condo was great! Check in was easy and there was one assigned parking space. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. My family and I enjoyed the large balcony and appreciated it being furnished. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and the pool was a short walk away from the unit.

Very nice unit - clean and well decorated. Very nice community- gated feels safe inside. No real views of the beautiful mountains and sunsets from the unit location (I only mention this because this is my wife’s favorite part of AZ). Overall good stay

Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again!
