Upon arrival, we were asked if we wanted a room with the TV since a lot of TVs were not working. We did want a TV, sometime later in the evening we discovered there is no remote in our room and asked the front desk for one. After a long wait, we were told They were too busy to get one for us. The next morning we again asked for a remote and the person at the front desk stated they are making a note. Needless to say we didnā€™t have TV access during our stay.

Checked in for a four day stay and the staff told me there was no cable tv in the room. They did however move me to a different room the next day that had cable. The price was exceedingly high due to spring training being in town, I would have stayed next door at the Marriott but it was sold out.

Decent Stay

Not a bad stay, but there was damage in the room (hole in bathroom wall & etc). Extra charges for early check-in and late check-out. Area was quiet and safe.

Everything about the hotel was nice for a single night stay. Very friendly staff, clean room and quiet. The parking lot did not accommodate the number of guests that night. Was told by the staff to park out on the street. I found that odd.
