The shuttle to some time to pick me up but there was some construction going on. The shuttle driver was very nice and answered all questions about the hotel before we arrived.

I liked that parking on the property was free. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the free evening buffet and free cocktails. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I will stay at this hotel next time I fly into Phoenix.

The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The included dinner was good, and the breakfast was just wonderful. Shuttle service was excellent. One, of only two elevators was not in service which made getting around the building a little slow. However, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I wanted to stay 2 nights close to airport after leaving Sedona and Drury was perfect. The young lady that checked me was amazing, I would go back just based her service. I was sitting the lobby and the manager was walking asking if I needed anything wow what great service. Definitely staying here again when I make my annual visit.
