Outrageous price to heat pool, I can heat my pool which is 3 times the size for a month fo same cost as 4 days. Hot water in shower does not work. No kettle to boil water. House backs on to loud freeway, neighbour has loud dogs.

Unsafe This was a stressful and disappointing stay due to serious safety issues and unprofessional management.During our two-week reservation, our vehicle was vandalized twice in the driveway with a chemical substance. After wiping it off, both my partner and I experienced severe burning on our hands, and she had facial exposure. The pain lasted for hours.I spoke with neighbors on both sides and across the street, all of whom confirmed ongoing vandalism in the area, including broken windows and keyed vehicles.The property manager’s primary solution was for us to leave mid-stay, which was not reasonable given the high demand in Phoenix at the time. Instead, we paid 200 for hand car washes, purchased our own security camera and signage, and spent many hours dealing with safety concerns.I requested a 500 adjustment on a 3,000 reservation. A 250 offer was later made, then withdrawn during a phone call with a raised tone, and I was told “good luck.” No further resolution was offered.Pool is not heated unless an extra fee is Furniture and bedding are low qualityGarage is too short for a full-size truckGiven the safety concerns and lack of professional resolution, I would not recommend this property.

House was nice. Any issues we had were adressed and the host was easy to get ahold of. The master bed is not very comfortable. There is a dip down the middle of the mattress. When it is replaced I would strongly recommend an upgrade to a king size. The water pressure was good just know you need to let the water run for a while to get hot water in the master shower.

Not as expected

Communication poor and rude at one point. Was confusing to know if texting owner or the rental company. Someone did offer to come fix something but I didn't want the intrusion. Check in time was delayed as unit wasn’t cleaned on time. Some inconsistencies on listing. Not well stocked no extra trash bags, no Kleenex, no hot pads, baking sheets, 3 dinner forks, no wraps or aluminum, only spices were S&P, making cooking difficult. Grill wouldn’t light.Not sure what game room is? No umbrella by pool. Pool is great!

Wonder place to stay.

My husband was so relaxed with this comfy lovely home. We were relaxed and happy. My husband never wanted to leave early to go back to Michigan. We had some family over to visit and celebrate a high school graduation. The lovely pool was a huge hit. Thank you for the easy communication and quick response.

Beautiful home, relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was large with plenty of room for a family to spread out. The pool was great to relax by. House was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t find baking sheets in the kitchen. Other than that, great place!
