Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time. Everything is as described on the listing, Jason is wonderful to work with and great with communication and information. We decided to heat the pool and we were so glad we did. The kids love coming here for the video games and space to spread out and I love having a hoe base while we visit family. We will be returning again!

This house was very, clean, comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go...the pool area was something out of a magazine...sure wish the weather would have cooperated and we could have used the pool!The owner of the house was very accommodating and helpful...he was able to send us info of where to go eat, shop and things to do...we did go to one of his recommended places, an excellent Italian restaurant for dinner...I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix...A

This was undoubtedly the most well-equipped VRBO that we've experienced! The owner has thought of everything one might need to ensure a perfect stay. We love this place!

We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Absolutely lovely home in a cute, clean and safe neighborhood near the canal trail. The home was so incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. The extra little touches we didn’t expect made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The back yard was a perfect place to retreat anytime of day and we all loved the pool.
