Location is very convenient if you use public transportation. Front desk offers free luggage storage after check out which is much appreciated for me. Wall is not sound approved, but heating is quiet and warm. Overall satisfaction.

The mattress was terrible, all springs, and the wifi didn’t seem to work. The whole place is also very worn with shoddy re-tiling and carpet over dips in the floor. But, the staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe (solo woman), and the location was excellent for the convention center and food options

Staff was great and the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. Food and drinks! It’s an older hotel and the linen and rooms need a little updating. Plus the carpet has seen better days. But for the most part it was a cool spot for an adventure back in time! Plus central to a lot of spots for food and drinks. Great location in phoenix.

No a/c or heat control. Shower did not work at all. Had to miss am shower and get to my meeting. Maintenance fixed while away, but basically only very hot water if wanted any water pressure at all. Bathroom has no area at all to place toiletries and was tiny. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

House-keeping and front desk were amazing. The rest of the hotel is, well, fine. Walls are remarkably thin (especially between bathrooms of adjacent rooms). I could write up an exact transcript of the podcast the next room's resident listened to. I would stay here again though; a good price is a good price.

While it was a cheap stay and we know you get what you pay for. Some things that I feel are easy upgrades for not so much effort. Bed was super hard, pillows were practically flat, ac was not great and it felt stuffy in the room, housekeeping staff walked in on us while we were sleeping at 8am, bathroom is uncomfortably tiny!

No heat control in the rooms. We were shivering cold the first three days. The shower every 1-3 minutes would go from comfortable to scalding. The staff was friendly.
