We loved the hotel but the service was terrible the only ones who did a great job and were very cordial are the parking attendants excellent job. Check in was terrible the person at the check in desk was rude and didn’t even look at us no smile or a welcome

The hotel was nice and served its purpose for us to relax at the end of the day. On the other hand the shower was way too high, I could barely reach the shower head to adjust the setting. Not only that but the service to clean the room only came once and that was on a Saturday. Friday and Sunday our room was not clean and we had past the cleaning crew a couple of times to show that we went out of the room. We did not like coming back to where the trash was not picked up and nothing made. I was disappointed but like I said the room served it purpose. Eating at the restaurant in the hotel was not pleasant as well. We went to eat there for dinner and what the server recommended was not at all cooked properly. The carne asada was burnt and and hard to chew. The taste of it was awful and the breakfast that the other occupant to the room had overcooked eggs as well. Not recommending to eat at the restaurant. Since, I wanted a hotel that had breakfast included in it, it was not included and we had to pay for breakfast. It was misleading to say that breakfast is included when it’s not.
